3D Scanning

• Once the model and concept are finalized, ZACOE Performance sources an OEM car and performs a detailed 3D scanning process to produce an exceptionally accurate digital model. Using advanced scanners, the precise shape and dimensions of the car’s exterior are captured, forming the cornerstone of the design process. This stage demands absolute precision to ensure the integration of sophisticated inner mechanisms and seamless bolt-on fitment, with each scan taking over 40 hours.

Digital Design & Testing

• After completing the digital model, ZACOE Performance’s design team begins brainstorming and creating hand-drawn sketches to explore innovative concepts. These initial ideas are then transformed into refined designs using computer-aided design (CAD) software. Once the draft design is ready, advanced software is employed for basic aerodynamic testing, ensuring a blend of cutting-edge technology, superior quality, and innovative results.

Prototyping

• The next phase involves crafting a physical prototype of the kit using durable ABS material. With the help of specialized equipment such as 3D printers and CNC machines, each component is manufactured with precision. The prototype is then assembled and tested on the car to confirm proper fitment and performance.

Mold-making

• Following successful prototype testing and any necessary refinements, ZACOE Performance produces molds for the carbon fiber kit. Using the prototype as a template, skilled artisans combine manual craftsmanship with advanced machinery to create molds for each component.
