• Once the model and concept are finalized, ZACOE Performance sources an OEM car and performs a detailed 3D scanning process to create an exceptionally accurate digital model. Precision is critical, as ZACOE Performance integrates advanced inner mechanisms and bolt-on fitment, with the scanning process often exceeding 40 hours per car.

Digital Design & Testing

• With the digital model in hand, ZACOE Performance designers brainstorm and sketch initial concepts by hand.
