3D Scanning

• Once the model and concept are finalized, ZACOE Performance acquires an OEM vehicle and conducts a precise 3D scanning process to generate an exceptionally accurate digital model. Using specialized scanning technology, the exact shape and dimensions of the car’s exterior are captured, forming the foundation for the design process. Precision is essential, as the integration of advanced inner mechanisms and bolt-on fitment requires meticulous detail, with scanning often taking more than 40 hours per vehicle.

Digital Design & Testing

• With the digital model complete, ZACOE Performance designers develop initial concepts through hand-drawn sketches. These ideas are then refined using computer-aided design (CAD) software, allowing for further development and enhancement. Once the draft design is finalized, preliminary aerodynamic simulations are conducted using advanced software to ensure a perfect balance of innovation, quality, and performance.

Prototyping

• In the next stage, ZACOE Performance creates a physical prototype using ABS material. Components are precisely fabricated with specialized equipment, including 3D printers and CNC machines. The prototype is then assembled and rigorously tested on the vehicle to verify its fitment and functionality.

Mold-making

• Following extensive testing and refinements, ZACOE Performance moves forward with mold production for the carbon fiber kit. The prototype serves as the reference for crafting precise molds for each component, utilizing a combination of expert craftsmanship and advanced machinery. This meticulous process results in a lightweight, aerodynamically optimized carbon fiber kit that enhances both the aesthetics and performance of the vehicle.
