3D Scanning

• After finalizing the model and concept, ZACOE Performance acquires an OEM car and performs a detailed 3D scanning process to generate the most precise digital model. Using specialized scanners, the car’s exact exterior shape and dimensions are captured, forming the critical foundation for the design. This stage demands exceptional precision to support the integration of advanced inner mechanisms and bolt-on fitment, requiring over 40 hours per car.

Digital Design & Testing

• Once the digital scan is complete, ZACOE Performance designers collaborate in brainstorming sessions, translating their initial hand-drawn concepts into computer-aided design (CAD) software. In the digital realm, they refine their bold ideas, followed by basic aerodynamic testing using advanced software tools. This blend of creativity and technology ensures superior quality, sophistication, and innovation.

Prototyping

• With the design finalized and tested, ZACOE Performance produces a physical prototype of the kit using ABS material. Utilizing specialized equipment such as 3D printers and CNC machines, each component is meticulously fabricated, assembled, and tested on the car to ensure perfect fitment and optimal performance.

Mold-making

• Following successful testing and adjustments, ZACOE Performance creates molds for the carbon fiber kit based on the prototype. This process combines expert craftsmanship with advanced machinery to produce precise molds for each component. The result is a lightweight, stylish carbon fiber kit that enhances both the car’s aesthetic appeal and performance capabilities.
