3D Scanning

• ZACOE Performance begins the process by acquiring an OEM car and performing 3D scanning to generate an exceptionally precise digital model. This step uses advanced scanning technology to capture the car’s exact shape and dimensions, forming the critical foundation for the design process. Each car typically requires over 40 hours of scanning to achieve the precision necessary for ZACOE’s sophisticated inner mechanisms and bolt-on fitment.

Digital Design & Testing

• Once the digital model is finalized, ZACOE Performance’s design team gathers for brainstorming sessions to conceptualize ideas through hand-drawn sketches. These initial designs are then digitized using computer-aided design (CAD) software, allowing the team to refine their most ambitious concepts. Basic aerodynamic testing is conducted using specialized software, reflecting ZACOE Performance’s dedication to cutting-edge technology, innovation, and exceptional quality.

Prototyping

• Following the completion of the digital design and testing phase, ZACOE Performance creates a physical prototype of the kit using ABS materials. High-precision equipment, such as 3D printers or CNC machines, is employed to fabricate each component. The prototype is assembled and tested on the vehicle to ensure proper fitment and performance.

Mold-making

• After rigorous testing and any necessary refinements, ZACOE Performance transitions to the mold-making stage for the carbon fiber kit. Using the prototype as a reference, molds are carefully crafted for each component, combining skilled manual craftsmanship with advanced machinery. The result is a sleek, lightweight carbon fiber kit that enhances both the performance and aesthetics of the car.
