• Upon completing the model and concept, ZACOE Performance acquires an OEM car and performs 3D scanning to produce an accurate digital model. This process employs advanced scanners to capture the precise shape and dimensions of the car’s exterior. The resulting digital model lays the groundwork for the design process. Precision is critical in this stage, as ZACOE Performance incorporates intricate inner mechanisms and bolt-on fitment into their work. The scanning process typically requires over 40 hours per car.

Digital Design & Testing

• Once the digital model is ready, ZACOE Performance designers gather for brainstorming sessions and begin creating initial concepts through hand-drawn sketches. These sketches are then converted into computer-aided design (CAD) software, where their boldest ideas come to life in a digital format. After completing the draft design, the team conducts initial aerodynamic tests using specialized software. Prototyping

• With the digital model designed and tested, ZACOE Performance transitions to crafting a physical prototype of the kit using ABS. Mold-making

• Following successful testing and adjustments, ZACOE Performance enters the final stage: creating molds for the carbon fiber kit. The prototype serves as the basis for developing molds for each component, which are then used to produce the finished product. This process combines skilled manual craftsmanship with advanced machinery, demanding precision and expertise.
