3D Scanning

• Once the model and concept are finalized, ZACOE Performance acquires an OEM car and performs a detailed 3D scanning process to create an accurate digital model. Using specialized scanning technology, the precise shape and dimensions of the car’s exterior are captured, forming the foundation for the design process. Precision is critical, as the final product incorporates advanced mechanisms and bolt-on fitment, with each scan taking over 40 hours to complete.

Digital Design & Testing

• After completing the 3D model, ZACOE Performance’s design team begins brainstorming and sketching initial concepts by hand. These sketches are then transferred to computer-aided design (CAD) software, where the designers refine and develop their most ambitious ideas. Basic aerodynamic testing is conducted using cutting-edge software, ensuring the design achieves superior quality, sophistication, and innovation.

Prototyping

• Once the design has been tested, ZACOE Performance fabricates a physical prototype of the kit using ABS material. Utilizing specialized tools such as 3D printers and CNC machines, each component is precisely crafted, assembled, and tested on the vehicle to ensure accurate fitment and optimal performance.

Mold-making

• After thorough prototype testing and adjustments, ZACOE Performance creates the molds for the carbon fiber kit.
