3D Scanning

• Once the model and concept are finalized, ZACOE Performance acquires an OEM vehicle and conducts a meticulous 3D scanning process to generate an exceptionally precise digital model. Using a specialized scanner, this process captures the exact shape and dimensions of the car’s exterior, forming the foundation for the design phase. Precision is paramount, as ZACOE Performance incorporates advanced inner mechanisms and bolt-on fitment, with scanning often requiring over 40 hours per vehicle.

Digital Design & Testing

• With the digital model complete, ZACOE Performance designers develop initial concepts through hand-drawn sketches.
