3D Scanning

• Once the model and concept are finalized, ZACOE Performance acquires an OEM car and subjects it to a meticulous 3D scanning process to create an exact digital replica. Using specialized scanners, the precise shape and dimensions of the car’s exterior are captured. This digital model becomes the cornerstone of the design process, ensuring the incorporation of sophisticated inner mechanisms and bolt-on fitment. On average, the 3D scanning process requires over 40 hours per car to achieve the desired precision.

Digital Design & Testing

• With the scanned model complete, ZACOE Performance designers collaborate in brainstorming sessions to conceptualize new ideas, beginning with hand-drawn sketches. These sketches are then digitized using computer-aided design (CAD) software, where designers refine their most ambitious concepts. The draft designs are subjected to preliminary aerodynamic testing using advanced software, a step crucial to achieving ZACOE Performance’s signature combination of innovation, quality, and performance.

Prototyping

• Following the digital design phase, a physical prototype of the kit is crafted using ABS. Advanced tools like 3D printers and CNC machines are employed to fabricate each component. Mold-making

• Once the prototype passes testing and adjustments are made, the final step is creating molds for the carbon fiber kit.
