• After finalizing the model and concept, ZACOE Performance acquires an OEM car and performs a precise 3D scanning process. With over 40 hours dedicated to scanning each car, ZACOE ensures the precision needed for integrating advanced mechanisms and seamless bolt-on fitment.

Digital Design & Testing

• Once the digital scan is complete, ZACOE Performance’s design team begins brainstorming and sketching initial concepts by hand. These ideas are then transferred to computer-aided design (CAD) software, where they are refined into bold, innovative designs. The draft design undergoes basic aerodynamic testing through advanced software, ensuring a perfect blend of sophistication, quality, and functionality.

Prototyping

• Following digital design and testing, ZACOE produces a physical prototype of the kit using ABS material.
