• After finalizing the model and concept, ZACOE Performance obtains an OEM car and performs a detailed 3D scanning process to produce a highly accurate digital model. Precision is critical, as ZACOE integrates complex inner mechanisms and bolt-on fitment, with the scanning phase typically taking over 40 hours per car.

Digital Design & Testing

• Once the digital model is complete, ZACOE Performance designers collaborate in brainstorming sessions, translating ideas into hand-drawn sketches. These sketches are then converted into digital designs using computer-aided design (CAD) software, where concepts are refined. Prototyping
