3D Scanning

• After finalizing the model and concept, ZACOE Performance obtains an OEM car and performs a detailed 3D scanning process to generate a precise digital model. Using advanced scanning technology, the exact dimensions and contours of the car’s exterior are captured, forming the foundation for the design. This stage, which takes over 40 hours per car, is crucial for integrating sophisticated inner mechanisms and achieving flawless bolt-on fitment.

Digital Design & Testing

• Once the digital model is complete, ZACOE Performance designers conduct brainstorming sessions to create initial concepts through hand-drawn sketches. These sketches are transformed into computer-aided design (CAD) software, where the boldest ideas are refined and brought to life. The draft designs undergo preliminary aerodynamic testing using cutting-edge software, ensuring the results meet the highest standards of quality, innovation, and precision.

Prototyping

• With the digital design validated, ZACOE Performance proceeds to build a physical prototype of the kit using ABS material. Components are fabricated with specialized equipment such as 3D printers and CNC machines. The assembled prototype is then rigorously tested on the car to confirm proper fitment and performance.

Mold-making

• Following successful prototype testing and any required refinements, ZACOE Performance begins crafting molds for the carbon fiber kit. Each mold, created using the prototype as a template, is meticulously produced with a combination of skilled craftsmanship and advanced machinery. This process culminates in a sleek, lightweight carbon fiber kit that enhances the vehicle’s aesthetics and performance capabilities.
