• Upon completing the model and concept, ZACOE Performance selects an OEM car for 3D scanning to create a highly accurate digital model. This process uses a specialized scanner to capture the precise shape and dimensions of the car’s exterior. The resulting digital model forms the foundation of the design process, where meticulous accuracy is essential to integrate complex inner mechanisms and achieve perfect bolt-on fitment. The 3D scanning process typically takes over 40 hours per vehicle.

Digital Design & Testing

• With the digital model in hand, ZACOE Performance’s designers hold brainstorming sessions and begin sketching initial concepts by hand. These sketches are then refined using computer-aided design (CAD) software, where bold ideas take shape in the digital realm. Once the draft design is complete, basic aerodynamic testing is conducted using advanced software. This integration of technology enables ZACOE Performance to deliver exceptional quality, sophistication, and innovative results.

Prototyping

• Following the design and testing phase, ZACOE Performance moves on to creating a physical prototype of the kit using ABS. This step involves specialized equipment, such as 3D printers and CNC machines, to produce each component. Mold-making

• After prototype testing and adjustments, ZACOE Performance begins crafting the mold for the final carbon fiber kit.
